Digital Artwork Licensing
Personal-Use License
When you purchase from Pixel Pull Studio, you're buying access to eligible content and a limited license to use your downloaded item. You are not buying copyright ownership in the artwork itself. Some elements — particularly AI-generated material — may not qualify for copyright protection at all; nothing here creates rights the law doesn't recognize.
Your license is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-commercial.
What you can do
- Download and display the artwork on your own devices, for yourself and your household.
- Print reasonable quantities for personal display, crafts, journals, scrapbooks, gifts, or keepsakes.
- Use the piece in personal, non-commercial projects that aren't distributed as a standalone digital asset.
- Make reasonable backup copies of your own valid downloads.
- Give a printed piece as a personal gift — as long as it isn't sold, used to promote a business, or given away in quantity.
What's not allowed without a separate written commercial license
- Selling, reselling, renting, redistributing, or sharing the files or a substantially similar version.
- Using the artwork in products, packaging, advertising, client work, or any paid/monetized purpose.
- Claiming you created the artwork, claiming ownership, or removing our license notices.
- Registering the artwork — or anything confusingly similar — as a trademark, logo, or brand identity.
- Uploading it to stock sites, print-on-demand marketplaces, template libraries, NFTs, datasets, or AI/model training.
- Anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise rights-violating.
A note on AI and copyright
U.S. copyright law protects human-authored expression. A piece that includes AI-generated elements may protect the parts a human meaningfully selected, arranged, or modified — but purely AI-generated elements may not be protected on their own. We don't guarantee that any specific piece is copyrightable, registrable, or exclusive. If you have questions about a specific piece, reach out before you rely on it for something important.

Commercial Licensing
We're building toward offering real commercial rights to select pieces — for marketing use, business websites, limited print runs, and more. Until this launches, only the personal-use license above applies to any purchase.
Planned tiers
- Standard commercial — for a single small business, with defined limits on seats, unit/impression counts, and channels.
- Extended — for larger-scale use: higher volume, multiple brands or clients, broader distribution.
- Enterprise — a fully custom, attorney-reviewed agreement for organization-wide, high-volume, or exclusive use.
What every commercial tier will always prohibit
- Reselling or redistributing the source artwork itself.
- Uploading it to stock libraries, template marketplaces, NFT platforms, or AI training datasets.
- Registering it (or anything confusingly similar) as a trademark or brand identity.
- Claiming exclusivity, authorship, or Pixel Pull Studio's endorsement.
Each future release will carry a visible license badge so you always know exactly what you're getting:

PPS-COMMERCIAL-STANDARD-v1
PPS-COMMERCIAL-EXTENDED-v1
