Exclusive License Agreement

1. Ownership. Each Pixel Pull artwork is a single-origin digital piece. You are purchasing a license to use the work, not the copyright itself, unless Extended License is selected.

2. Lock ID. Every purchase is assigned a unique Lock ID. This ID is your proof of ownership and must be retained for transfers.

3. Resale. You may resell or transfer your licensed piece exclusively through the Pixel Pull Studio Registry. A 10% transfer fee (minimum $25) applies to all secondary sales. The new owner receives a new License Key. The original License Key is permanently revoked.

4. Restrictions. You may not reproduce, mass-print, or create derivative works for commercial distribution without a Commercial or Extended License.

5. Personal Use. Personal licenses allow private display and non-commercial use. No commercial exploitation.

6. Collections. Collection purchases grant individual Lock IDs for each piece. Each piece follows the same transfer rules.

7. Artist Submissions. Submitted works must be original to the artist. Pixel Pull Studio registers the Lock ID and manages licensing. Artist retains copyright unless otherwise contracted.

8. Termination. License is valid indefinitely unless violated.

9. Counterfeit & Unauthorized Copies. Screenshots or copies carry no Lock ID, no License Key, and no Registry entry. They have no resale, transfer, or verification value.

10. Metadata Integrity. The Lock ID is embedded in the original file's metadata. Removal or alteration of this metadata voids the License Key's validity.
