Terms of Service
PIXEL PULL STUDIO — Effective Date: July 9, 2026
By accessing or using pixelpullstudio.com (the "Site"), purchasing digital products ("Downloads"), or registering for the Gallery and Registry ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
1. Ownership
Pixel Pull Studio is operated by Richard Newman, Knoxville, Tennessee. We provide a marketplace for digital downloads (printable PDFs, spreadsheets, guides), one-of-one AI artwork with unique ownership verification (the "Gallery"), and a self-serve Artist Marketplace where independent third-party artists may create accounts and list their own artwork for sale (the "Marketplace"). Pixel Pull Studio acts as an intermediary platform for Marketplace listings — Marketplace artwork is created and owned by independent Artists, not by Pixel Pull Studio, unless stated otherwise.
If you create an account ("Member") as a buyer or artist, you receive a unique Member ID used to verify certain requests (such as payout requests). See Section 4 and, if you register as an Artist, our Artist Marketplace Agreement.
2. Shop Downloads (Calendars, Planners, Spreadsheets, Guides)
- License: When you purchase a Download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes (printing, personal spreadsheets, private viewing, etc.)
- Permitted Use: Print copies for your own use. Share with household members who use it personally.
- Prohibited Use: Reselling, redistributing, licensing to others, using in commercial products, mass production, creating derivative works, or removing our branding/attribution
- Your Files: Downloads are provided in PDF or Excel format. You are responsible for compatibility with your software. We are not responsible for technical issues with third-party applications.
3. Gallery & One-of-One Artwork
For one-of-one artwork purchases, see our separate Buyer Agreement. Gallery purchases include a unique Lock ID, License Key, and Registry entry for ownership verification and resale.
Encrypted delivery: Purchased artwork files (Gallery and Marketplace) are stored encrypted. Your License Key is the decryption key and is delivered to your email at purchase — it is required to download your file. You are responsible for safeguarding your License Key; anyone holding it can download your artwork. If you lose it, contact us from your purchase email address and, after ownership verification, we will issue a replacement.
4. Payments & Security
- All payments processed through Stripe. We do not store, view, or have access to your credit card details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email, password, and any account information.
- By making a purchase, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and is authorized for use.
- Artist payouts: If you sell artwork through the Marketplace, Pixel Pull Studio retains a commission on each sale and transfers your share to your connected Stripe account automatically and instantly — no manual request or waiting period. Full commission rates and payout terms are in our Artist Marketplace Agreement.
5. Refunds & Returns
See our separate Refund Policy for complete details.
Summary: Digital Downloads are final sales. Refunds only available if the file is corrupt, misrepresented, or you have a technical issue preventing download. Contact hello@pixelpullstudio.com within 7 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
- Downloads: We own all intellectual property in the templates, designs, and layouts of our Downloads. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or extract design elements for commercial use.
- Gallery Artwork: Each Gallery artwork's copyright is owned by the individual Artist. See Buyer Agreement § 5 for details.
- Marketplace Artwork: If you list artwork as an Artist on the Marketplace, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to everything you list, and you grant us a license to display and promote it. Full terms are in our Artist Marketplace Agreement § 2.
- Your Content: If you submit artwork, photos, or content to us, we may use it for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.
